When you call us or post a job we automatically connect you with a one of our contracted local providers near your location who can assist you with your problem.

When requesting a service with one of our local providers, make sure you ask for the following information:


1 - Quote for job request.

2 - Local providers estimated time of arrival.

3 - Ask for the name of the local provider.

4 - Ask what company the local provider is associated with.

5 - Ask for the local providers’ phone number.

6 - Ask for a complete receipt from the local provider when the job is complete.

When accepting a call or job posted by a Customer, make sure you adhere to the following:


1 - Address customers by thier Full Name and be polite and respectful.

2 - Check customers identification that matches vehicle registration.

3 - Your company must be fully insured to comply with your states towing or roadside assistance rules and regulations.

4 - Your trucks, tools and safety equipment must be clean and in good working condition.

5 - Offer fair price estimates to customers calling or posting jobs you accept.

6 - Give customers valid, detailed and accurate receipts for jobs accepted and completed.

7 - Give customers reasonable estimated times of arrival and maintain them.

8 - Do not discriminate based on race, gender, physical disability or religion when dealing with Customers.

9 - Do not flirt or touch customers.

9 - Let customers keep a safe distance when your are operating machinery.
